I found Dave
years ago when a home computer crashed on me. He offered the best
price at the time and I went with him. He took care of everything, I
was very happy with the results, and I was set fo a few years. Then
when I needed a computer guy again I couldn't find his card. So back
to square one I had to start calling around again. Once again
though, I found my way back to Dave, because he was still the best
price around.
Since then I've had Dave work on several jobs for both
my home computers and the computers for our non-profit organization.
I'm always happy with the work and the personal nature of the
service. Dave is "my computer guy"!

We "stumbled" onto Dave thru an internet search
when the frustration level from computer problems reached the boiling
point. Dave tried to work through the problems on the phone, but
after a quickly scheduled visit, it turned out to be a hard drive that
had gone bad. Being novices as to computer hardware, we cringed
when he suggested we replace it ourselves; but he instilled the
confidence we needed - and we actually replaced not only the hard drive
and reloaded programs, but also installed a new DVD drive!
Therefore, when we recently had problems with an external back-up
drive, there was no hesitation in calling Dave again. He came by
that very evening, and again - a bad drive (what are we doing to these
things?!?!) He quickly came up with an alternative back-up
solution - and helped set up a second monitor to the laptop. Now
I'm having fun - and am more productive - with the capability of having
email up on one screen and working on the other.
We would not hesitate to recommend Dave to help anyone - especially
those of us who are not that computer-savvy. He is very
personable, knowledgeable and prompt. A geek? - no; A guru? -
yes!!

Working from home, I don't
